l often eat when reading news online or talking to my parents on Skype. As

the result, my keyboard often becomes dirty because of some milk drops.

Whenever l wanna clean my keyboard (almost every day) l wanna lock it, so

Windows lock screen feature. If there is no built-in feature, is there any
software for Windows 7 which can do that?

You can not lock turn it off then clean it. Trust me I have a
southside buddy
Toshiba too I know what it is like.
